Signed-in operator
Only a signed-in operator can change the timer. Guests on stage never get those controls.
Stage links
Read-only links are generated per event. Full URLs are shown once at creation for safe handoff to floor screens.
Revocation
Regenerate or turn off links from the event. Previous links stop working after that.
Separated views on purpose
The operator runs the show. Stage is for watching. Mixing those jobs creates chaos — we don’t.
